I was here for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with tasty meals and good service. Btw, it was overlooking lake. The hotel had very good and cordial staff members.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Fairly clean property. A stunning location next to cafés and restaurants. Walking distance to a bakery and shops across the street. Good bed, exceptionally clean and budget room with a view of street. Easy check-in, parking on-site. The ambience was quiet.

The location was incredible and lovely, near stores, restaurants and lake as well as fantastic restaurants. The room was cleaned everyday with towel change and available with a view.
I didn't find lift, so was a little disappointed.

It had amazing location, close enough to ferries, stores, restaurants and lake and Albergo Il Vapore. In general the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.
The bed was a bit hard, that's my bad luck.

Location - stunning and fantastic near the main Menaggio square, all local amenities and the ASF buses that go to Como, Plesio and the PostAuto bus to St Moritz. Central heating and a work desk available in the double room.

The hotel had a perfect and amazing location next door to an art gallery. The staff was outstandingly accommodating throughout our stay.

The hotel was located very close to restaurant, all the public transport, and waterfront. The personnel was very amiable and accommodating, and the owner too. The location was central, amazing in the main Menaggio square. Also, Fornace Galli was 4 km away. We found out reasonable prices in the property.

Clean hotel, I liked fantastic friendly staff. The atmosphere created was quiet. The room was immaculately clean and budget in an overall good condition, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The location was incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Spiaggia Lerai Beach. Restaurants and bars were located close to the venue. I did not want to leave and will certainly stay here again.

The bed was extra comfortable and the location was great. I appreciated that the food for breakfast was REASONABLY PRICED. It was nice to have a sunny balcony in the room. Better choose this place to stay when in Menaggio.
